• What ticket types are available for Edge NYC?

  Edge NYC offers multiple ticket types:

  • General Admission: standard timed entry
  • Flex Admission: changeable date and time up to 2 hours before your visit
  • Priority Access: priority elevator access to skip the line
  • Sunset VIP: timed entry to coincide with golden hour views with a glass of champagne
  • Champagne Admission: includes a glass of champagne on the sky deck
  • Tri-State Resident Admission: special rate for General Admission, Flexible, and Priority tickets for locals
  • Annual Pass: unlimited visits to Edge for a year with special member perks

  All ticket types include the full indoor immersive experience and access to the outdoor sky deck, the glass floor, angled glass walls, skyline seats, and 360-degree views of New York City.

  Every Edge NYC ticket includes the full indoor immersive experience, 360-degree views from the indoor deck on Level 100, and access to the outdoor sky deck, the glass floor, angled glass walls, skyline seats, and eastern point. Food and drinks are available for purchase at Skyline Bar & Cafe by Tao Group Hospitality.

• What is the Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee?

  If bad weather or visibility affects the day of your visit, we offer a Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee that provides you with 2 options:

  Option 1 – Visit Edge Today: Visit Edge today and enjoy 20% off at the new Skyline Bar & Cafe. A voucher will be handed to you by our Guest Services team on the day of your visit. Terms and Conditions apply. Offer can only be redeemed on the date displayed on the voucher, only valid for one (1) transaction. Offer only applies to the following Edge tickets: General Admission, Champagne Admission, Flex Admission, and Express Admission. Only one (1) voucher can be redeemed per person. Redeemable at any permanent Edge bar on Level 100 and 101. Non transferrable / not for resale or exchange / non-refundable / void if altered.

  Option 2 – Visit Edge Later: Rebook your ticket for a new date. Terms and Conditions apply. Offers can only be redeemed in person and on site at Guest Services. Offer only applies to the following Edge tickets: General Admission, Champagne Admission, Flex Admission, andExpress Admission. Offer only valid before Edge ticket has been activated.

  Only one (1) option from the above may be redeemed per Edge ticket.

• Is Edge open in poor weather conditions?

  Yes, Edge NYC is open during all normal weather conditions and is an all-weather experience. The indoor immersive experience and indoor sky deck remain fully open regardless of weather. The outdoor sky deck may close temporarily during extreme or severe weather at our discretion.

  If Edge or a portion of Edge closes due to severe weather conditions, Experience Ambassadors will be available to provide assistance and information. Our Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee offer provides you with 2 options:

  Option 1: Visit Edge today and enjoy 20% off at the Edge bar (a voucher will be handed to you by our Guest Services team on the day of your visit)

  Option 2: Rebook your ticket for a new date.

• Can I take pictures at Edge NYC?

  Yes, photography is encouraged at Edge NYC and we love seeing your shots. Remember to tag #EdgeNYC on social media. Hand-held cameras and smartphones are welcome throughout. Professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, and lights are not permitted. Selfie sticks are allowed indoors only. • Can I make a group booking?

  Yes, Edge NYC welcomes group visits of all sizes. Groups of 15 or more require a reservation, which can be made by emailing [email protected] or through our group bookings page.

  Edge NYC offers a few options for flexibility with your booking:

  • Cancellation Protection: add at checkout to cancel for a full refund
  • Flex Admission: change your date and time up to 2 hours before your visit
  • Standard tickets are non-refundable. Cancellation Protection and flexible upgrades must be selected at the time of purchase.

  If you purchased Cancellation Protection at checkout, you may cancel your reservation through our Manage My Booking tool according to the protection terms.

• When should I book if I want to visit at sunset?

  We highlight the sunset time on our homepage for that day as a guide for visitors. However sunset times change throughout the year. Depending on when you want to visit, you may want to do some research too. We’d suggest booking at least an hour before sunset to make sure you are up in time. Please note that sunset times are very popular, so early booking is advised. If your time is limited, we recommend purchasing an Express Admission ticket to skip the line and enjoy priority elevator access.
