We encourage you to present your ticket on your mobile device, but printed tickets will also be accepted. You can access your mobile tickets from your confirmation email by clicking on ‘View Tickets’ at any time.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, certain items cannot be brought to Edge. Personal bags, small backpacks, and strollers are permitted, but large luggage, suitcases, oversize bags, bikes, scooters, skateboards, food, and outside beverages are not allowed.

Edge NYC offers a few options for flexibility with your booking:
- Cancellation Protection: add at checkout to cancel for a full refund
- Flex Admission: change your date and time up to 2 hours before your visit
- Standard tickets are non-refundable. Cancellation Protection and flexible upgrades must be selected at the time of purchase.
If you purchased Cancellation Protection at checkout, you may cancel your reservation through our Manage My Booking tool according to the protection terms.
